Please read these Terms carefully before using our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Oneview, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Services
Oneview provides intelligent analysis and recommendations for Asana environments, including but not limited to:
• Generating AI-powered insights and recommendations (the AI Asana Health Scan).
• Providing organisational overviews of projects, goals, portfolios, and teams.
• Delivering reports, health scores, and dashboards designed to improve alignment and adoption.
• Offering optional consulting or follow-up sessions through Asana Solution Partners.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, with or without notice.
3. Subscription & Payments
Access to Oneview is provided through one-off packages, subscription plans, or enterprise agreements.
• Subscription Plans: Allow recurring scans and follow-up over time, often at discounted rates.
• One-Off Packages: Provide a single AI Asana Health Scan with recommendations.
• Enterprise/Partner Plans: Provide broader usage across multiple clients or workspaces under a tailored agreement.
Refunds
All purchases of Oneview services are final. Once a package, subscription, or enterprise plan has been purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When using Oneview, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete account and billing information.
• Use the service lawfully and not for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service security, or misuse results.
• Respect organisational rules if you access Oneview via your company's Asana account.
5. Account Creation & Security
• You may need to register and maintain an account to use the service.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Authentication to Asana is handled securely via OAuth; Oneview never stores your Asana credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
6. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important. Data processing in Oneview is governed by our Privacy & Data Statement (effective 4 September 2025). Key principles:
• Controller vs Processor: If you use Oneview via your organisation, your company acts as the controller and Oneview (through Onelink) is a processor under GDPR.
• Workspace Data: Oneview analyses metadata (workspace structure, project names, usage metrics, organisational patterns) in real time. Raw task content and attachments are not stored.
• Generated Recommendations: Insights and recommendations may be retained to provide follow-up reports and improve service.
• Identifiers: Your email address may be retained to link results, maintain leaderboards, and provide communication.
• Data Security: Oneview applies technical and organisational safeguards. International transfers outside the EEA are subject to EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

7. Intellectual Property
• All original content, features, and functionality of Oneview belong to Onelink and its licensors.
• You retain ownership of any content or data you submit, but grant Oneview a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service.
8. Service Availability & Technical Issues
• While we aim to maintain reliable access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from your internet, browser, or device.
• Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen incidents may temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onelink and its affiliates are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
• Damages resulting from reliance on automated recommendations without human review.
• Any inability to access or use the service.
10. Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, unused scans or subscription time will be forfeited.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time via info@onelink.nl.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use of Oneview after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
